Apartment Rates revised 2010

Apartments are a great value for the long term visitor.  For example, the Hicatee and Mayan ruin Apartment – fully furnished, with a complete kitchen, and includes utilities – can be rented for as little as $750.00USD per month tax included.  That’s $25.00USD per day!!

1. Basic housekeeping is supplied once weekly.
2. Each bedroom is equipped with 1 set of sheets and 1 towel.  It is strongly advised that renters pack linens.
3. Belizean law requires a charge of 9% hotel tax.

Renting for Shorter stays

While apartment are intended to be rented by the month, an agreement can be made for stays of 2 weeks to a months.  Rental agreement is made in 2 and 3 month week blocks.
