SFI Groups

One of our specialties is hosting and servicing groups. We work with a variety of group types - from medical missions and university educational intensives, to organizations needing a retreat facility.

Group Size

We can provide lodging for 25 people, each person having their own bed. The group can be larger, if individuals share a bed and/or if vacant apartments are used as overflow rooms.

Incentives and Services Offered

We offer incentives for groups stays. We discount room rates when 6 or more guest rooms are needed and can cater breakfast, lunch, and dinner for groups of 10 people or more.

A meeting space for up to 40 people

Arranging special entertainment through the use of local cultural groups

Booking In-country air transportation

For a small fee, we can serve as your arrangement contractor

Contract and Deposit Procedures

The first step in group lodging, meals, and services is developing a contract. The contract is signed and returned along with a deposit of 30% of the total fee. Signed contracts and deposit are sent to:

We recognize that each group is different. We believe that groups require a high level of personalized service.

Groups return to the Sea Front Inn year after year. Discounts may be one reason, but we are told that our attention to a group’s special needs and ability to be flexible with a smile makes the difference.
