AirTwo Belizean airlines make roundtrips - Goldson/Punta Gorda International airport up to 5 times daily. The flight from Goldson International is a quick 1 hour flight. The Sea Front Inn can book your in-country flights for you. We’ll make a reservation in your name and email the confirmation as an attachment. The cost of the tickets will be added to your bill to be paid at time of check-out. Office staff will need to know: date and time you’ll land in Belize, names of individuals flying, and when your international flight departs for home.
We’ll select the appropriate flights for you. If you’re considering other destinations such as Placencia, Dangriga, or Belize Municipal, we can coordinate your flight to PG with your other plans. Traveling from the PG airstrip to the Sea Front Inn takes 5 minutes by taxi. When you land, simply utilize one of the taxi services available. All taxi drivers know how to get the Sea Front Inn!
Driving Here From Northern BelizeTraveling down the Southern Highway is no longer the challenge it once was. Today, all but 9 miles are paved. The drive is interesting, easy, and can be accomplished from Belize International – PG in 4 to 4 ½ hours. Renting a vehicle and driving down is a good option for those who want to engage in exploring on their own. With a vehicle as a resource, guests can self tour to destinations such as Maya villages, Mayan Ruins, and waterfalls. The front desk staff assists anyone requiring directions. Guests can also book a land tour where the tour guide provides his services from your rented vehicle. US based rental companies at the Goldson International Airport include Avis and Budget.
